Payments
Payment Options:
We accept cash, checks, or bank transfers for your convenience.
Appointment Confirmation and Deposit:
Following your initial contact and confirmation of an appointment date and time, you will receive an email with appointment details. This email will also request a non-refundable deposit of £50 to secure your appointment.
Payment for Services:

Initial Session: Payment for the initial assessment is due at the end of the session. Your physiotherapist will provide you with a receipt upon payment.

Ongoing Sessions: We encourage pre-payment for ongoing sessions. You can discuss payment options with your physiotherapist.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a full-session fee.
